A1 Roofing Hastings

As a homeowner in East Sussex, you may be eligible for a free new roof through the UK government's Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. This initiative aims to help low-income households reduce their energy bills and carbon footprint by providing free or subsidized home improvements, including new roofs.

To qualify for a free new roof in East Sussex, you must meet certain criteria, including:

• Receiving certain benefits, such as Universal Credit, Income Support, or Pension Credit
• Living in a property with a low Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating
• Being a homeowner or private tenant
• Meeting the scheme's income and savings thresholds

The ECO scheme is funded by the UK's largest energy companies, which are required to contribute to the scheme as part of their social obligations. The scheme is administered by local authorities and approved installers, such as Quality Roofing and Building Contractors, who are based in Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex.

In addition to a new roof, the ECO scheme may also cover other energy-efficient measures, such as loft insulation, cavity wall insulation, and boiler replacements. These improvements can help reduce your energy bills and make your home warmer and more comfortable.

The ECO scheme is available for a limited time, and funding is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're eligible, it's essential to act quickly to secure your free new roof.
